Confirmation of Application
Once you have submitted your application, we will acknowledge receipt by reaching out to you via phone or email within two working days. This confirmation ensures that your application has been successfully received and is being processed.

Application Review
We will carefully review your application to ensure you meet our requirements. If your application is shortlisted, you will be invited to complete an interview as the next step in the review process. This interview will help us further assess your suitability for the opportunity.

Application Interview
Interviews are typically conducted over the phone with a member of the Academic Team. The purpose of the interview is to get to know you better, learn about your future plans, and understand why you’re interested in the course. We’ll also discuss any specific papers you are interested in and your understanding of the internship program, allowing us to assess how well the program aligns with your goals and aspirations.

Payment of Fees
Digital Campus University will issue an invoice for the balance of your first-year tuition fees, which will be due before the commencement date. Once the invoice is paid, you will receive a receipt confirming your payment.
